Mobile menu

Hello ,
On my website when I press the arrow on mobile menu, the sub menu opens. When a submenu is open , if I press another parent menu , the previous one doesn’t collapse. Is there a settings or code that can I enter to fix it ?

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.

its important cause mobile menu goes big If someone opens 2-3 sub categories.
How can I search it. is it css or js ? can you somehow provide me the code , with payment or something?
Can you at least point me to a direction ?

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp logins details i will check and give you a possible solution.

Does this issue affect the page somehow or any theme functionality? If not then please ignore this error for now, it is caused by OWL carousel library but we will replace it in our next theme update completely.

Go to Theme Settings > Single Product > Images > set the product images width and thumbnail position.

It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources.
