Mobile Menu, Account Registration not working

Hi there,
I have been using the theme for a while and have moved to a new hosting and setup the latest version. Below 3 critical issues exist.
1. Login/Register page – Register button not working. I have enabled in Woocommerce settings and WordPress settings to let anyone register but still not working.
2. Mobile menu – not working. I have setup in the Menus and also in the header builder but no luck.
3. Shop sidebar not working on mobile.
Can you please assist at the earliest as my site is offline and i’m loosing business. Thanks.

Hi Luke,

I have include new account details. Please sign-in with them. Found a weird thing. When a registered user logs in, they are able to navigate to mobile menu and also the shop sidebar but if the user is not registered they cant navigate.

Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

Seems that the “SiteGround Optimizer” plugins affect our functionality. Please disable that plugin and check the above issues again.

Thanks for looking into this. Deactivating that plugin helped but need to click on the menu twice to see the menu list. Please see if this can be fixed. Thanks.
