Mobile Menu and Cart Menu Icon not working on mobile (phone)

Hi,
The mobile hamburger menu is not opening on phone and neither is the cart menu after I put a product in the cart. I have created a staging website and deactivated all plugins aside from Woodmart Core, Woocommerce and WPBakery Page Builder and still they don’t work. Also, I’ve applyed patch number 536142 “Mobile menu issue” and still the error persists.
Please help out with this urgent problem.

Thank you for the response and video. Can you please tell me if the video of the test was made from a phone or a browser mobile inspector? When I inspect in the browser the functionality works, but if I do it on my mobile phone (iphone – safari) it doesn’t work.
