mobile menu and footer don’t work after updated to 7.3.1

I updated all plugins and theme, then the issue happens.
The mobile menu can’t click, it seems there’s no link.
The footer displays not correct.

1. The mobile menu works fine on my end https://prnt.sc/SMLr3Go0o24f Please disable cache and clear browser cache and check again.

2. Also, make sure you enabled “Enable sticky navbar” option in Theme Settings > General Mobile bottom navbar because I can’t see the mobile bottom on your site.
