Mobile menu category tree problems on Iphone

    Hello,

    I am experiencing issues with the mobile side menu category tree. The spacings get messed up. On android and through dev tools if i set screen sizes everything is ok.

    I added screenshot with the issue.

    The issue is with the SVGs that don’t have width and height attributes.

    You need to open your SVG icons file with an editor like Sublime Text or the default system text editor and add width=”31″ height=”40″ attributes to your svg tag like it is shown https://prnt.sc/N-wyqYgD3npT

    Then you will need to re-upload your image in WordPress Dashboard.

    Thanks i fixed it.

    I have a kind of unrelated issue to this, but you can probably help me. The login that is in the side bar doesnt work. It redirects to the my account page but it doesnt log in. I saw that someone wrote about this and it was caused by a cookie plugin, and i also have cookieYes installed, but that wasnt the issue.

    Thank you for reaching out. I’ve tested the login functionality via the sidebar widget on your site, and it appears to be working correctly. The login redirects to the My Account page and successfully logs in without any issues.

    I am still experiencing problems, i have to refresh for it to log in to the account. I added a video.

    Hello,

    Please try to update the new version of the theme “WOODMART WordPress NEW: 8.2.5 RELEASED”, update the required plugin, and check the option: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

    If the issue remains, turn off all of the plugins not related to the theme, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    If the issue still remains, let me know and I will check and give you a possible solution.

    This issue got fixed on that site, but now i have it on another site, but there isnt an update or a patch for that awaylable.

    Hello,

    Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.

    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again. If you can’t activate it, remove all your old activations in your account https://xtemos.com/my-account/

    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.

    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.
