PatParticipantHi Support Team,
we’re experiencing a display issue with the mobile menu on our website when accessed via an iPhone 16 Pro Max.
• The menu content appears centered instead of left-aligned.
• Several icons and text labels are not displaying correctly or are cut off.
• This issue persists even after clearing all caches and trying different browsers (Safari and Chrome).Attached is a screenshot for reference.
Can you please help identify what might be causing this? We suspect a CSS/media query issue or JavaScript conflict, but we’re not entirely sure.
Thank you in advance!
Best regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Currently, the table is not shown – https://prnt.sc/u0V1eYy55lB8
Please clarify, did you use any plugin to show that table? https://prnt.sc/flM_N5WW4Of7 If you use a plugin, did you check how it works on the default theme?
I await your response.
Kind Regards

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can check the settings there?
Looking forward to collaborating with you!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Define the width and height attributes for your SVGs – https://prnt.sc/BjvVS9AykJf4
You need to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add width=”31″ height=”40″ attributes to your svg tag like it is shown. Then you will need to re-upload your image in WordPress Dashboard.
Reupload the images there and let me know.
Kind Regards

PatParticipantNow it’s working, the SVG data was cached in the Cloudflare, it worked perfect with width=”48″ height=”48″ thanks a lot

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
We’re pleased to hear that the issue with the SVG icons has been resolved after updating the dimensions and clearing the Cloudflare cache. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
Best regards
