Mobile menu do coming up

I noticed that my mobile menu doesnt come up on the first attempt to click after reload, only works after multiple trial. I already added all the new patches. Is there anyway to make the patch work correct to fix the issue?

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back. Also, send me access to the admin panel.
