Mobile menu does not work – opens "#" link

The menu on mobile doesn’t work for some reason and tries to open a “#” link. Could you please help me?

It looks like this also effects other buttons on the website such as the carousel buttons on the home page.

Please find the menu that assigned as “Mobile” in Appearance > Menu, enter the menu item and check URL is there # or URL?
Remove # and add URL or remove Custom links and add the pages as per your needs.

As soon as I deactivated Add From Server and SiteGround Optimizer I could open the menu and get to the shopping page and others: https://gyazo.com/e741adc69fb6d09fd1deac3d0a836113
One of these plugins seem to cause the problem.
