I have a problem with mobile sticky menu. It is not working. The menu does not open in mobile device.

It seems like you hold your finger on the button for some short period of time. Try just like “tap” on the button. Also, try to clear your browser cache. We have tested it on 8 different devices including iOS and Android in different browsers.

I love your theme. It’s nice. It is the most complete woocomerce theme I’ve used. I want to use it again in a next project that I have. But i need to solve this problem please. Im not an unexpert developer so I don’t understand what can happen.

Currently, we don’t have huawei device but we test it on more and more Android and iOS devices but still can’t reproduce it. Devices are running the same version of the OS and Browsers.

It is a conflict problem with Main header columns in WoodMart header builder. When I put the menu in the second column then it works without problems.

We have tested your site on different iOS and Android devices including the Huawei (please check the videos) and on all devices mobile menu opening looks normal. Unfortunately, we can’t provide you with a fix since we can’t reproduce the following issue.

Have you touched anything? now it doesn’t work for even by placing the menu in the second column. I do not know what is happening as he had done. In blackberry priv neither does it work.

On the other hand I can’t translate with loco translate “MY ACCOUNT” an “SELECT CATEGORY” text in the header ¿how i can do it?

When we tested your mobile menu on a Huawei device we only move the mobile menu element between header columns to test how it works and nothing else was changed. Mobile menu opens normally on all our devices.

We have tried to translate “MY ACCOUNT” with loco translate and its works normal for us. You can use the translated item as an example in future translations.

I’ve finally returned to Madrid from my holidays and then the mobile menu it works perfectly in my Huawei P30 PRO…Surprise!! But I have traveled again this time to Santander and then the menu failed. The problem is with the conexion when i have a low conexion the mobile menu does not load. Any solution for this ?

On the other hand i have a problem with wishlist module. Now there are two wishlist buttons in the product page. I dont know why. One of this whishlist button are not working, the select products with this button dont show in whilist page. I have attached an example image.

Anyway I love yours theme and I will use it in my next project that I have started

Something is wrong with your device since we still see that menu is working perfectly fine.

As for the wishlist, you need to upgrade the theme to the latest version and use our own wishlist module. Follow our documentation guides
