    Hello,
I’m having an issue with the mobile header on my website.

The mobile menu hamburger icon is not visible at all, and when I inspect the HTML, I can see that the column for the mobile menu (whb-column whb-mobile-left whb-column_mobile2) is completely empty – no HTML is rendered for the mobile menu.

    Details:

    Theme: Woodmart v.8.3.4

    Elementor Pro active

In Appearance → Menus → Manage Locations, my menu “Mobile Menu – Header” is assigned to the Mobile navigation / Mobile side menu location.

In Woodmart → Header Builder → Mobile, I added the Mobile Menu element in the Main header, and in its settings I selected the same menu/location.

Global header/mobile settings do not disable the mobile menu.

I cleared all cache and tested in incognito, but the mobile menu container is still output as an empty column with no or <div> inside, so there is nothing to style or show.

    I’m attaching screenshots.

Could you please check why the Mobile Menu element is not rendering any HTML and help me restore the hamburger icon?

    Thank you!

    Hi,
    thank you for your message.

For security reasons, I cannot provide my personal WP-Admin credentials.
However, I can create a temporary admin account for you.

Please send me the email address you would like me to assign to this temporary user, and I will create it right away.

Additionally, I would like to mention that I am currently unable to display the footer on my website. It seems to be in conflict with Elementor, even though I have already deleted all Elementor-related footers and templates that were active.

    Thank you for your assistance!

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,

Hello and thanks for your reply.
Which ones specifically? Most of these are necessary for the site to function and have never given me any problems with the themes I’ve used previously. I believe there’s a theme-related issue and I’d ask you to fix it. Otherwise, I’ll ask for a refund because the installed plugins are necessary. I look forward to hearing from you.

    Hello,

I’m sorry but I understand your frustration. To investigate this properly without affecting your live website. Please try to create a Staging platform where you can test issues, enable/disable features/plugins, thus such changes will affect the main site. Also, share the WP login details of the staging site so I can further check on your staging site and troubleshoot the issue.

The article below will help you to create it: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/

    Hello,

Open your site on Aruba and check the browser console (right-click > Inspect > Console) for any errors.

Temporarily disable plugins or hosting-level optimizations on Aruba and reload the page.

After that, please share the WP admin login for the Aruba site so I can inspect the issue directly, check the console errors, and troubleshoot why the mobile menu column is empty.

As you can see from the attachment, there are no errors in the console.

    Hello,

You need to ensure that both the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) under Settings > General use the same protocol (either HTTP or HTTPS). Making them consistent should resolve the mobile menu issue.

I deactivated all the plugins and then reactivated them. None of them seem to be causing the problem. Nonostante tutti i plugin siano disattivati, il menù burger non è visibile così come il footer.

Thanks. Could I know if any code has been added to fix this, and if so, where I can find it? So I can add it to the main site.

    Hello,

I didn’t add any custom code. I simply updated your theme to the latest version on your site and the issue has been fixed.

    Best Regards,
