Mobile menu (“hamburger”) not working after theme update

Greetings!
We’ve updated the theme on our staging website from 7.3.4 to 7.4.3, and the mobile “hamburger” menu has stopped working.

Our programmer looked into this and discovered that the menu HTML doesn’t load at all.

We’d appreciate your assistance with this as we’d like to update the theme on our live site. I understand that a new version has been released since then – 7.5.0.
