Mobile menu & HTML Blocks

Is there a way in the mobile menu to add the ability to place html blocks before and after the mobile menu? (an example on a screenshot)

Navigate to Appearance > Widgets and look for the widget area labeled Area after the mobile menu

From there, you can add your desired widget, such as a Text or HTML block, to display the content below the section: https://ibb.co/qjSQzx2
