You will need to create one separate menu or modify the existing one mobile navigation http://prntscr.com/j4eiy1 and configure it as mobile http://prntscr.com/j4emua

In this case, the “My Account” link will appear.

If you are still unable then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Sorry but there is no option available for that.

It is the default behavior of my account menu item; it doesn’t display usernames on the mobile menu.
