Mobile Menu Not Active (Urgent)

I cannot find the reason why the mobile menu is not working.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

What does “switch the parent theme” mean?
I have tried to turn them all off, and it did not work. 🙁

Please deactivate and delete Redux and CMB2 plugins they are no more needed in the recent version and check the issue.

I deactivated the 2 plugins you recommended but then the site menu and header were no longer visible on the mobile. 🙁

Any other suggestions?
