clk66ParticipantDear Support,
we currently face an issue where our mobile menu is not clickable either via the menu in the upper left corner or the below left corner. Please try accessing the site with inkognito tab as this is when its not working. Feel free to adjust the site as needed as this is a staging site no change will impact production.
Thanks and best regards,

clk66Participant1. Visit site via inkognita Tab (IPhone)
2. Accept/decline privacy notice
3. Try clicking menu (does not work)
4. Refresh the page once
5. Click again the menu (menu works)April 1, 2025 at 3:55 pm #650834
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue with your mobile menu. To diagnose any conflicts, please disable all non-theme-related plugins and test the site again. This will help us determine if any plugin is interfering with the menu functionality.
Looking forward to assisting you further.
Best regards

clk66ParticipantHi Artem,
it looks like our cookie consent plugin has issues with the theme. When disabling the menu works fine the first time opening the site. What can be done in this case? We are in the EU/Germany and we have strict privacy consent regulations so we need this kind of plugin. Any way we can troubleshoot the issue without changing the plugin?

clk66ParticipantHi Artem,
we decided to change our cookie consent plugin alltogether and it works fine now. Thanks for your feedback!

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We are glad that you sorted it out. By the way, could you return the previous one so we can investigate and maybe fix some issues to ensure compatibility with it?
Kind Regards

clk66ParticipantHi Artem,
Unfortunately, we’ve already deleted the staging site and made the necessary adjustments directly on the production side. You could probably just install a fresh version of WordPress, along with the theme and the cookie plugin. From what the customer mentioned, the issue has been around for a while but was never given much attention, so I believe it is likely without any deep changes and the issue might already be available with that.
I’ll have some time this weekend and can try to replicate the issue on a new staging site and provide access. However, I’m not sure if I’ll be able to replicate the issue. I’ll keep you updated with any good news! 🙂
Best Regards
