mobile menu not disappearing after clicking on it

Hi. First of all, congratulations on your incredible work. I have bought both of your themes. I used Basel for a client and I’m now using Woodmart for another one. I remember how good Basel is, yet, after installing many templates, I’m again surprised on how good you made Woodmart. Yours is what I call a professional way of working.

Now I have one question: on mobile devices, the burger menu doesn’t collapse when I click on the menu items. Is there something I should do in order to let it collapse automatically? I think not all the users would understand they have to tap on a dark portion of the screen in order to hide the menu.

I suspect the menu items may have # instead of URL.

Yes you are right. For the moment we’ve prepared a sort of landing page. In some Days we should build a complete site. So for the moment we need anchors and #links. I’m writing the admin access to the site.

One more thing:
I checked the page on an iPad Pro. On Safari it is perfect; on chrome, the video is still and I see the play button, but I’m not even able to click on it; also, after the end of the page, I see a white section… why?

As for the video, please check the issue on the default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem.

I know the menu is working. My question is whether it is possible, on mobile, to let it collapse every time one taps on a menu item, as it happens, for instance, in this landing page: https://www.francescastefanutti.it/.
For the moment, we developed CRFarma.it as a landing page, but in some days we are planning to transform it into a complete site.

As for the video, I’ll check and let you know.

Then insert the URL in this format http://your_site.com/home_page/#anchor_id

And check the menu.
