    Hello,

Could you please disable all plugins except these ones:

    Elementor or WPBackary
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Let me know the result.

    Kind Regards

like I said , it happens on some specific Safari

you probably need an iOS Simulator , in my case it happened on iPhone 12 Pro Max + iOS 14.5

    Hello,

Could you please clarify which version of Safari you use? Or rather on which Safari version you see the problem.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Kind Regards

On iPhone, safari usually comes with same iOS version, in my case on iOS simulator, it’s iPhone 12 Pro Max + iOS 14.5, so Safari version supposed to be 14.5 as well

    Hello,

The thing is that WordPress doesn’t support old browsers, you can get acquainted with that info here: https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/browser-support/

It supports only the last 2 versions of the browser. The currently available version of Safari is 16.1: https://prnt.sc/aBbaXuRRBMJw , after checking the list of updates from Apple (https://support.apple.com/en-lamr/HT201222) we can see that Safari 14.1 was available for the iOS 14.5.

    https://prnt.sc/cEU2BD9aif0N

So it means that WordPress does not support Safari 14.1 on which you see that issue.

    Kind Regards

In my case the problem is like this, I attach two screenshots. On the first one, where the menu is displayed, it is chrome. On the second one, where the menu is not shown, it is safari. My phone is iPhone 13 Pro Max with the latest updates.

    Hello,

We have checked it on the iPhone 12 iOS17 and iPhone 15Pro and there is no such issue, here are screenshots:

    https://prnt.sc/ttGrRAMBmFad

    https://prnt.sc/S2pr1RpjqocR

So please make sure that you use the latest version of Safari, also try to clear the browser cache on your mobile.

    Kind Regards
