We still see some cache or optimizations plugins turned on that break your website JS scripts. Please, disable them all temporarily so we could check how it works.

It seems to be the reason for this plugin. it can be used normally after I close it, Does that mean that I can’t use that plugin in the future?

It looks like it is not configured correctly and some scripts are broken. Not only from the theme. You need to consult with the plugin developer or try to use some alternative one.
