Mobile menu on desktop – bug, Mobile menu – not showing Account and Wishlist ele

Hello, i have 2 problems with newly installed, fully updated:

1. When i enable in Header builder > Mobile menu > Account and Wishlist – it doesnt show on the mobile menu.
2. Also some problem is existing – Mobile menu is all the time visible – somehow bugged on the desktop version – its on the left. I dont know how to fix it. Please help.
