    Hi Hung,
    The problem is not solved, it is not enough to empty the cache.
    The problem only occurs on iPhones.

    Emptying the cache is the first thing we did but it didn’t solve it. I urgently await the resolution of the problem. I have also seen that other users in the forum have had the same problem since 14 May 25 with iPhones.

    Hi mia-7566,

    The screenshot captured on my iPhone. You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    Hi Hung, I don’t understand your answer.

    We have three sites with the same theme: one in development with the template installed a couple of weeks ago, another one active for about a year. Until a few days ago, the menu on the iPhone always worked. Which plugin would have caused this conflict all of a sudden, if there were no problems before?

    Is this a support forum for troubleshooting, or do you just make random guesses? I want a solution, not guesswork. Can you solve it or not?

    Also, how can you tell me that it works fine for you if you then talk about a conflict with a plugin? If it works, there is no conflict. If there is conflict, then you don’t see it well either.

    of course the menu is perfect, we have temporarily removed the icons while waiting to fix the problem, because the customer keeps asking when we will fix it.

    My assessment of your support is not good. Very bad support, sorry!
