    Hello,

I thought this option already existed… but if it does it does not appear to be working.

I have a top level menu called “Help”, which does not link to anything, it is just a label to open a submenu. On mobile, you cannot click Help, you have to click the arrow to the right in order to open the sub-menu. I see the option called “Open on mouse event”, but it seems to have no effect if I switch it to click instead of hover.

Am I out of luck or just doing something incorrectly?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

This option works for desktop only. On mobile menu all the sub-items are opened on click

    Best Regards

In that case I believe something is not working correctly.

I added a custom link with no href attribute and several sub menu items.

The only way to open it is to click on the arrow to the right, not the main part of the link (the help text)

    Hello,

Yes, that is correct. Your custom link does not have the link. As I understand you have set # in the custom link, haven’t you? Insert a link into the custom link and check again.

    Best Regards

Ok. I guess we’re not understanding each other.

I was hoping it is possible to have it with no link and open on clicking the text of the main menu item instead of only the arrow.

    Hello,

No, you can click on text when it has the link. In your case, the custom link is just a text that is why it is not possible.

    Best Regards
