Mobile navbar button needs 2 taps to respond

Greetings team Xtemos 👋

We have this issue where the navbar’s buttons on iPhones need to be touch 2 times in a row to trigger the action. We made a short video we shared in private.

Situation :when the navbar is at the bottom : https://cln.sh/NtQlB1 then we need to click one time first to “wake it”. Then it triggers Safari borwser : https://cln.sh/iaFMoY and then we can click on the buttons.

Is there a way, that on mobile, the touch aspect reacts at first touch ?

This is the way Safari works and unfortunately, there is no solution to change that.

We usually suggest removing unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

Please make sure your images are optimized.
