mobile navbar up instead of bottom

Hi there, can I change the position of mobile navbar in order to have it on the top instead of bottom? At the bottom of the page I already have the icons for cookie settings on the left and the icon for online support on the right and they partially hide the mobile navbar. I find all of them useful (gdpr settings, chat online and navbar) so I’d like to have all enabled. Do you think is it possible?

Try to add this code in Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile.

    top: 0;
    bottom: auto;
}
