You can edit the button on the Mobile bottom Navbar from Theme Settings >> General >> Mobile bottom Navbar: https://postimg.cc/ThhMsGtc
For the sidebar content like instagram, Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > add or remove the widgets from Main widget area – https://prnt.sc/d6iZJdWDhs8i
