Mobile page displayed as Desktop page in laptop and pc

I created separate pages for desktop and mobile. I’m using MOBILE OPTIMIZATIONS option while checking in desktop or pc. The mobile version page is displaying in pc and laptop. kindly suggest. Thank you.

Please, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent. In addition, provide the page URL to check. This testing may take up to 15 minutes. You would better make the full backup of your site.
