I am using Chrome as my main browser on both Desktop and mobile and did not face this kind of issue. I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to the Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.

It’s hard to find what caused of problem via screenshot only. Thanks for understanding.
