Mobile Responsive options

Hello,
I had Product Grid on the home page and it was looking like on the screen shots in the attachements for both Desktop and mobile “y” & “x”
and I needed to change the Grid from being for the products to be normal banner grid, so i have created similar look with the Promo Banners element, and it look exactly the same in Desktop, but does not on mobile as in the attachements “yy” & “xx”
I tried to change the modify the “Resposive options” for mobile to look like the product grid, but it always miss the banners up.
So what i need is to have the big banner on the top of the mobile screen, and the other ones to be split into two columns as in “X” .. could you please let me know how to do that ..

Set two columns on mobile, tablet or as you need.
