    Hi support,

    When you enter the site with a mobile, it does not switch to a mobile responsive view. What is the reason and how can i fix?

    Hello,

    Please try and check using real mobile devices.

    If you still have issues then provide the login details of the website.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins then check back.

    If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
