RoderikParticipantSubject: Mobile search results cannot scroll back up – Safari
Issue description:
When I perform a search on my mobile device (e.g., “alg”), a list of results is displayed correctly. However, after scrolling down within the list, I am unable to scroll back up. The screen appears to get stuck at the bottom of the search results. The only thing that works if you put your finger low on the screen. It looks like the area of the scroll selection is to low/small.Browser and environment details:
Device: iPhone
Browser: Safari
Theme: Latest version of WoodMart
WooCommerce and plugins: All up to date
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the website on a mobile device using Safari.
2. Tap the search icon and enter a query such as “alg”.
3. Scroll down through the list of live search results.
4. Try to scroll back up — it does not work.
Expected behavior:
I expect to be able to scroll both down and back up smoothly within the search results list.Current behavior:
Scrolling back up is not possible. The list remains stuck at the bottom.August 1, 2025 at 3:16 pm #677460
Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please send access to the admin panel so I can investigate that issue. Also, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing.
Kind Regards

RoderikParticipantI’ll give you access to the staging environment, feel free to make any changes you need.
Once you’re finished, I’d appreciate it if you could restore it to its original state.
Thanks for checking!
Best regards,
Roderik

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Disable the “Essential Addons for Elementor” plugin, clear the cache on your website, then clear the mobile cache and then recheck the issue.
Kind Regards

RoderikParticipantHi Luke,
Thanks for checking and for the detailed feedback, much appreciated!
Does this mean the theme isn’t fully compatible with the Essential Addons for Elementor plugin? Or is there a workaround available? Disabling the plugin would cause all the tables with product information to disappear from the product pages.
While testing, I also noticed another issue: when adding a product to the cart, there’s a noticeable delay. The spinner appears, but the response time still feels too slow. Could you also look into what might be causing that?
Thanks again!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Try to use the code below, define it in Theme Settings -> Custom CSS.
[class*="wd-search-full-screen"] { z-index: 10000; }
2. On my end, it adds fast – https://take.ms/yAgmU, you can send me a video from your end.
Kind Regards

RoderikParticipantThanks Luke, you are the best. I will look into it.
Can you also please help me with my last 3 questions?
1. Is it possible to add filters to the mobile search results? Right now I only see the results.
2. The mobile search results use pagination. Is it possible to switch to infinite scroll instead?
3. On this page we’re using Elementor:
https://www.aquariumwarenhuis.nl/aanbiedingen-aquariumwarenhuis-sale/
I’m looking for a widget that allows category filtering, but only for the products shown on this sale page. I haven’t been able to find this in Elementor or the theme widgets. Thanks allot!

Luke NielsenKeymaster1. In general, there are widgets that are related to the searched products – https://prnt.sc/R6f0meDRcyxs
2. For now, only default pagination works on the search results page.
3. Sorry, but there is no such option available in Theme Settings for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.Kind Regards
