Mobile – Shop – Filtration – Ajax

On the mobile version, when you select any of the filters, the filter selection bar hides. We want it not to hide immediately after selecting a filter. Akurat in our case there are more filter options to choose from, and we assume that more customers will want to select several options.

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope.

I understand. Sidebar for shop categories, filter widget of attribbutes after click any of option is hiding whole sidebar on mobile devices on evry filter click, its so annoying. Is chace to change how it works? Is option for filter list change mayby to checkbox and button? If we try to edit hard your theme files and move sidebar from ajax contetn wich is loadedin and injected is that sidebar click still works, i mean with ajax? I’m asking because I assume that we will have to rebuild this element.

Sorry to say that Unfortunately, it works like that and we can’t fix it. In the template, we noticed an option to not hide the filter, but unfortunately selecting it does not change anything. The indicated option would be great, but unfortunately the “Apply” button only works within a single filter. 2. You probably didn’t understand us, we recommended you create a new product archive template https://monosnap.com/file/u3gIBqOohmBIq2LaGbmiAVBHk5xQgZ and in it create a column that will be off-canvas on mobile devices and add the Product filters element to the same column.
