mobile shop page filter issue

When I click the filter option on the mobile view of my shop page, the screen turns black, and the filter appears only halfway. I’m attaching a screenshot as well. I want the filter to slide in from the side, just like it does on other pages, and to appear in the standard theme format. I couldn’t figure out what is causing this issue.

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

We just tested your website and didn’t notice the problem. Could you please clarify what device and browser version you use?
I noticed that the problem disappeared when I disabled the plugins other than the ones you wrote. How can we solve this problem?
The problem seems to be gone for now. Even though I reactivated the plugins, the problem does not appear. What caused this problem?
