    1) Open the link in private on a real mobile device
    2) Open the mobile sidebar on the top-right
    3) Click on the Search but don’t type anything
    4) Click on the arrow of the menu item just below (to expand its content, that is an HTML Block)

You’ll see the HTML Block will be displayed misaligned to the left.

However, if you refresh the page and expand the menu item (without clicking the search prior to that), then the HTML Block will be displayed correctly.

Can you please fix this issue? Thanks

    Hello,

In the settings of the Row which is situated in the HTML Block the “Full width” option is enabled: https://monosnap.com/file/9xnaXEbBhMim3d6IE5fUIUrive5lB0, that is why you have such an issue.

So you need to disable it and recheck the issue.

    Kind Regards

I don’t want to disable it. Full width is enabled, and it must STAY enabled.

The behavior “full width” is activated because I want it activated on my Desktop Mega Menu.

And I want the same block to appear in the Mobile Menu Item.

The bug in the display of HTML Block in Mobile Sidebar should be fixed in your theme.

    Thanks

    Hi,

WPBakery full-width row option is designed to stretch the row background or content out of the site container on desktop devices by calculating side left and right screen space width and applying this width to the inner container content. Here is the usage example on our demo site (screenshot https://prnt.sc/9wl4aZPIkomW). To work properly, these options require several conditions. The primary of which is 1. Stretched content needs to be always centered by having the same space from the left and right sides of the screen (screenshot https://prnt.sc/4NG00fdbVvov). 2. Stretch row can’t be placed in a wrapper with “overflow:hidden” property enabled, since it will be cropped with edges of the parent block. Since both of these conditions are not compatible with the mobile menu – the full-width row option can’t be used there.

This option is WPBakery page builder option of WPBakery page builder row element and the full-width row option can’t be disabled via theme for certain places, so if you plan to use the full-width row option in the places for which it was not designed it needs to be disabled. In the situation where you can’t disable this option because you use this row element on desktop devices, you need to create a separate “HTML block” for a mobile menu where the full-width row option will be disabled.

    Kind Regards
