I am using the Woodmart theme on my domain, but the website is not loading on mobile devices. Could you please assist in diagnosing and resolving this issue?

    Hello,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We just tested your website on mobile devices and it works correctly. Could you please clarify which device you are testing on?
Also, you need to setup SSL certificate on your website to make it work properly.

    Kind Regards

To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

I have sorted the SSL issue as well. The issue still persist in mobile devices I tried using default theme as well it works.
It works when you are using mobile device but If I test responsiveness on the desktop chrome it doesn’t load

I am getting this error : “No Internet”

While if I change the screen size in chrome it and reload the page It start working.

Do you mean that other websites don’t work as well? Could you also try it on a different computer?

Maybe you have configured your Google Chrome to have Network throttling as shown on the screenshot https://gyazo.com/7621f03a00f62a9ef0b1ff627fba1845

    Kind Regards
