Mobile tab and Search is not working

Also i have problem with language switcher, on mobile and tabs i cant switch normaly. Its clickable, but there must go menu with languages, not link to the same language.

But if i need it only in bottom mobile menu? Not in header.
And what about language menu? Why its clickable? Somethimes i can click and menu with languages will expand, but somethims its just refreshing page.
