When viewing Checkout page on Mobile and Tablet portrait view a Woodmart Logo shows. See image mobile-checkout.
Q1. Can you advise or fix please?
Also within the Checkout Top Content Layout page within Elementor it will NOT allow me to edit the details. I believe I may have moved the Billing & order etc out of a container.

I have added private details for Staging website and also added you as Admin user in case you need to look at Elementor.

01. Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > Edit the “Header Tasty-shop checkout” header > Edit the logo and change it.

02. To edit your order section, you need to edit the checkout layout, not the checkout top content layout.
