Hi there i downloaded the theme and imported a demo COSMETIC. So the demo look amazing on mobile. All i did install the demo and i touched nothing (but no home slider as i did not want to use the slider revolution) I only have 6 plugins activated so there is no clash whilst setting up. But here is the link to show you how it does not convert to mobile version for me. What could cause this?? I am using Elementor

A little more info- i contacted Elementor and they have informed me that since i am using your theme widgets they can not help and i need to sort this with you. I have given you access below to check the backend also. Its not working now also for single product layout. So anything i do in elementor will not show correctly ONLY ON MOBILE VERSION. The desktop looks fine. The responsive view looks great in elementor but then that does not portray on the mobile when actually looking at it

Please elaborate what issues you are facing with the help of some relevant screenshots to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
I understand what you have done and yes I see the same when on a desktop and looking at mobile view and as I explained when in elemnetor I see it perfect but actually on the mobile it’s horrible for home page and single product layout. You need to check with your mobile but here are some screen shots

Sorry I do not mean to be rude but you have gone to my live site. I have given you all credentials of STAGING site I even showed you images of the STAGING site and then you send me back images of my live site without your theme saying it looks fine. Please read the notes of our conversation and the private area of all logon ins and staging site link and use the correct links to STAGING with your theme activated please. Look at the images I sent and that is the site you need to be looking at not my live site that is fine. I am wanting to swap themes to yours but if this will not work I will keep the one I have. Please let me know if you have further questions.
I had to just change everything as i could not wait, i made double versions and made it responsive. Thanks and if i have any other issues i will be in touch.
Ok, but I am checking your site right now and I have found that the pages are working fine on mobile. Anyway, if you have solved the issue by yourself, that is GREAT!!!
