Mobile version HTML block
-
Hi the team,
I am using the great “Mobile version HTML block” (I know that this is expérimental) on 2 sites. Just one thing about my experience on it.
I was using a phone with a 6.28 inches screen size and all was ok. This weekend, I changed my phone and the screen size is now 6.55 inches. I was surprise to see that the “Mobile version HTML block” did not appear (it was the normal version in responsive way, which is not enough adapted as I decider to use “Mobile version HTML block” for the mobile devices).
Can you tell me what is the maximun mobile screen size to use the “Mobile version HTML block” ?
May be you could extend this Mobile version HTML block working size to something like 7 inches as mobile phones become widers ?
Do you have any line of code for me, to see my “Mobile version HTML block” appearing on my 6.55 inches screen ?
Thanks a lot.
Fred
Hello,
The “Mobile Version HTML Block” option is based on the standard WordPress wp_is_mobile() function. It defines the device and not its screen size. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to add different devices there.
