Mobile Versione Burger Menu does't work

hi, in my mobile version the drop down menu doesn’t work. I updated the theme to the latest version but it still doesn’t work. The menu is a mega-menu, I have already set the header builder correctly by selecting the menu in question, I checked the “Mobile side menu” box in the menu settings and I selected “Full Width” in the settings of each table of the menu itself but i can’t solve the problem.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins are deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

okay, i did the procedure and i found the plug in that created the problem “Siteground Optimizer”. Now the menu shows, but when I click on a single category of the menu it doesn’t show me the sub categories but returns to the homepage.

the problem is only in the “categories” which are HTML blocks while in the normal “menu” pages it works

The Mobile version does not support a mega menu. You need to create a separate menu without mega menu blocks and assign it into the Mobile menu of the Header builder.
