Mobile view background image not responsive

I set up a revolution slide with a background image and positioned for mobile view in my settings but the mobile view does not reflect my settings. Instead of displaying what’s inside the device margins, it’s displaying far to the right. The other device settings work fine.

Our theme does not influence the Slider Revolution functionality. I cannot view the site as it is under maintenance.
I would recommend you create slides for desktop and hide them on mobile http://prntscr.com/m506m6 and create separate slides for mobile and hide them on the desktop with CSS http://prntscr.com/m507s9
In this case, you can configure the slides in a different and more effective manner. Please note that image on background is not responsive by its nature it is always cut because the priority is for content.
Perhaps you can solve the issue by uploading cut images on mobile slides.
