mobile view broken icons and css

Hi support my theme is not loading css properly or something, navicons like wishlist, shop and cart appears just as ‘X’, also the font from texts and everything is a default one, also i have just 1 rule on custom css and this is not applying, what can i do? when i visit the site on my desktop everything seems to be loading normally, to replicate the error you need to visit the site directly from a mobile, thanks in advance
