Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVGIf the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
Best Regards

mrgeekParticipantI have tried it and i still got problems with the css file. It’s ok because the website it on development and it’s brand new fresh installation on a new server.
This is the problem, it cannot find the file.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
I am checking the site, I see this error: https://gyazo.com/4f785a0638bde5571a033f1f5e6f8e2a
Then I have deactivated all the plugins not related to the theme: https://gyazo.com/2574e686d0eb16284c691c7af1d4b68c
I deactivated the child theme as well, now I check I see no errors: https://gyazo.com/c47b77489fa5708b398f3ac465d9d8a5
Please deactivate all in the same way, then activate one by one to detect the plugin that causes the issue. Then activate the child theme and check the console.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Best Regards
