Mobile view is not aligned – overlapping

As seen in image attached, on the homepage -> http://www.zyklify.com scroll down to the section where you see the following:
Security Solutions | Audio & Home Theatre | TV & Video Solutions | Networking, Internet & Wi-Fi | IT Support & Installations – on 13 Inch to 32 inch Monitors it looks good.
On Tablet and Mobile View – they overlap especially the mobile view looks terrible, how do I fix this?
