Mobile view very slow

Hello team ,

Its been a month that we are trying to fix my mobile view performance and in mobile its very very slow we have tried multiple plugin and even we have taken paid plugins too for it but mobile perfomance is always poor some time its take a decade to open a page + some time we have to wait for 45 sec to 1 min to see the page open

Kindly look into it and I hope you will come up with good solution for me as maximum traffic is going to be there on mobile view
