Mobile viewport sidebar categories not shown

As you can see from the screenshot the categories in the mobile menu are not shown. How can i fix this ?

Sorry to say but as your Site is Live so we think it is not safe to debug this issue on a Live Site.

If possible, kindly provide a Staging Site along with the debugging permission where you can duplicate this issue and share the WP-ADMIN Login details of that Site too so that we can look into this further and assist you accordingly.
