Mobile Website Display Issues: Icons and Menus Not Showing Correctly

My website is having issues where the mobile version of the homepage displays differently than the other pages. The icons and menus are not displaying correctly, and there are blank spaces and missing elements.

I have marked the errors on the images, with red circles indicating the issues that appear on the homepage, while on other pages such as the product page, the display is correct, as indicated by the blue circles.
