Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS

.title-size-default .title {
color: white;
}

You need to edit the page scroll down and from page title options set the image for page title.

If you want to add filters in the sidebar then try adding widgets in the Shop page widget area under Appearance >> Widgets.

It seems that the widgets are not saved properly. Try to install Classic Widgets
plugin:https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

And try to re-add the widgets.

If the issue still occurs then ask your hosting to unblock the access to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Desde el móvil no me aparecen los filtros. He añadido los filtros a “Area after the mobile menu” pero no aparecen cuando entro a la web con el móvil.
