Modify Cart Page Layout

Hi Team,

I want to change the layout in Cart page. What is specifically I want to add a small table just above the “CART TOTALS” section.
For refrence I attached an Image that I want to replicate.

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
