Modify .class

I want to change an element in a class but I cannot modify this one with custom css, it is in inline css and I tried to modify it and I cannot do it..

Could you tell me how to modify it with the class whb-header whb-header_231189 whb-scroll-stick whb-sticky-real whb-sticky-prepared see screnn,

Why modify it? Because the padding-top leaves too much space: 199 px, so it leaves a not very clear void.

It looks like you narrowed the screen without reloading the page, you can’t narrow the screen without reloading the page, the real client won’t do that.

As you can see, on my side it looks well after reloading: https://take.ms/vm2ES , because when you do not reload the page, on the tablets or mobile you see the Desktop header, so you need to reload it to activate the mobile header. If you check it from a mobile device, you will not see that spacing.
