Modify Product Order on Category Pages

How can I change the product order on category pages?
I have several products in one category, and I want specific items to appear first when the page loads instead of the default order. How can I do that?

For product sorting options on the archive pages, navigate to Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > Sorting Options and select the sorting method you prefer. https://ibb.co/CK9TQdd

Is there please a way to choose my own order instead of choosing the default ones proposed by theme apperance.
I would like to know if we can create our own order using Products Ids ?

Hello,
Navigate to Products > All Products > Click Sorting at the top > Drag and drop products into the exact order you want.
In Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog, choose “Default sorting (custom ordering + name)”.
This will follow your manual sorting, not the theme’s default.
