You can set the URL from the Settings >> Permailinks >> Set the permalinks as per your requirements.
Otherwise, you need to use any 3rd party plugin for this or ask the Woocommerce support about this issue. This is not related to the theme.

How can I remove product or product category text from URL?

AS I already explained to you this is the default functionality of the Woocommerce plugin, you can not delete it. You have to find and use any 3rd party plugin for this. We have not tested any plugin like this with the theme so we can not suggest any plugin to you.
OR please ask the Woocommerce support about this, because this is not the theme issue.
